Hannah Epstein

Associate, Capital Investment

Hannah joined the Fund in 2024 with a background in land stewardship and a lifelong connection to the New England landscape. She began her career as a land steward with the Southeast Land Trust of New Hampshire followed by the Vermont Chapter of The Nature Conservancy. She also worked growing and planting native trees and plants for ecological restoration projects with the National Park Service in Nevada and Arizona. In her most recent role at Northeast Wilderness Trust as Stewardship Director, she led their 82,000-acre land stewardship program across six states. Hannah holds a B.S. from the University of Vermont with additional studies in GIS and data communication.

In her role with the Fund, Hannah coordinates land conservation projects in New England by managing due diligence activities for real estate projects, identifying funding opportunities, and preparing grant proposals.
