Start a Fundraiser

Our community fundraisers have done some pretty amazing things to raise money for the cause. And they’re thinking of new things every day. What will you do?

You can fundraise for your birthday. Hike 100 miles this summer. Grow a mustache. Or just fundraise because you’re psyched to conserve at-risks lands in the U.S. Whatever you decide, starting a fundraiser is fun and easy.

Step 1

Determine your “why” (birthday, hiking challenge, etc). Pick a name. Pick a photo. And just like that, you’ll be ready to start raising money to help protect and conserve at-risk lands across the country.

Step 2

Spread the word about your fundraiser and ask your friends to give.

Once your campaign is set up, tell everyone about it. You’ll get your own personal fundraising link — email it, text it, and post it on social media. The more people you tell, the quicker you’ll reach your goal. Then sit back and watch the donations roll in.
