Natalie von Turkovich

Senior Associate, Capital Investments

Natalie von Turkovich has joined The Conservation Fund as a Senior Associate on the Capital Investments team. In this role, she contributes to the team’s analytical and financial work, helping to develop impact-investing products that drive environmental, social, and economic outcomes.

Prior to joining The Conservation Fund, Natalie gained valuable experience in real estate finance. She also recently worked with the World Resources Institute, where she supported the implementation and scaling of nature-based solutions aimed at enhancing water and climate resilience. Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment, where she concentrated on Water Resource Management and Conservation Finance. Her studies deepened her passion for leveraging nature-based solutions and innovative financial mechanisms to achieve sustainable impact.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys getting outside on two wheels, gravel riding, mountain biking, and bike-packing. She’s also an avid skier, loves to travel, and enjoys tackling carpentry projects in her free time.
