Thruston B. Morton

Thrus began his career at JP Morgan, where he worked for 22 years based in NY, Southeast Asia and London. He was recruited to Duke University in 2000 as President and Chief Investment Officer of DUMAC, the money management subsidiary of the University. In 2007, Thrus retired from DUMAC and established Global Endowment Management LP, and outsourced Chief Investment Officer firm, investing for endowments, foundations, sovereigns and select HNW family offices. Thrus graduated from Brown University in 1978 with an AB (hons) in Southeast Asian History.
