Todd J. Carter

Todd Carter is a partner and board member of Houlihan Lokey and has been an investor, primarily in technology and real estate, for the last 30 years. He previously served as CEO of GCA (now part of Houlihan Lokey) and as president and CEO of Savvian and Perseus Group. Earlier in his career, Mr. Carter served as president of Robertson Stephens and was with McKinsey & Company. He serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations including the Education SuperHighway and The Conservation Fund. Mr. Carter earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and his Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
