Natasha Skelton

Virginia Associate State Director

Raised on a beef and poultry farm in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, Natasha has a passion for land conservation rooted in the intimate relationship between working landscapes and the communities that rely on them. In her role as Associate State Director, Virginia, she is driven to deliver conservation solutions that keep both our natural world and our human communities vibrant. Before joining The Conservation Fund, she served as the Executive Director of the Valley Conservation Council, an accredited land trust serving the greater Shenandoah Valley region, and she currently serves on the Executive Committee of Virginia’s United Land Trusts (VaULT). Prior to that, Natasha refined her expertise in negotiation and contract management in the corporate world where she spent over a decade in business operations and marketing roles. She holds a B.S. in Agriculture Education from Virginia Tech.
