Madison Barbee

Madison leads cross-functional process improvement initiatives across the organization by analyzing, designing, and improving workflows and system structures to streamline operations and enhance effectiveness. She also manages data architecture as part of the system administration team for the Fund’s core project database.

Madison joined The Conservation Fund in 2019 and held the Legal Manager position prior to becoming Business Process Manager. As Legal Manager, Madison supported real estate transactions, legal administration, and managed corporate and charitable compliance. Prior to joining the Fund, Madison worked in small business development.

Madison has a B.S. in Biology, Minor in Chemistry from Virginia Tech.
