Land Protection Specialist

Caroline supports implementation of the Working Forest Fund’s conservation strategy, contributing to conservation easements and dispositions that protect at-risk forests.

Prior to working at The Conservation Fund, Caroline managed conservation easement stewardship at Triangle Land Conservancy in North Carolina, leading monitoring and enforcement of over 100 easements across six counties. She has also worked as an ecologist within the mitigation industry in addition to time spent at multiple state agencies in North Carolina.

Caroline works from her home office in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and is passionate about navigating complex conservation outcomes that balance the values of people and ecosystems.
