Hailey Foster

Development Assistant

Hailey joined The Conservation Fund in 2023 as a Development Assistant. In this role, she assists frontline fundraisers with any constituent record and database needs through Raiser’s Edge, keeps constituent records accurate and up to date, and manages the tax acknowledgment letter process.

Prior to her role at the Fund, Hailey worked as a Development Intern at Resources for the Future where she researched prospective donors, entered constituent record information into Raiser’s Edge, wrote personalized tax acknowledgment letters and assisted frontline fundraisers with database entry needs.

Hailey also has grassroots fundraising experience as a canvasser for the New York Public Interest Research Group and as a Nonprofit Leadership Intern for The Borgen Project. Hailey graduated from The George Washington University with a master’s in Public Administration and a Nonprofit Management graduate certificate. Hailey also has a B.A. in Politics with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from Ithaca College.

In her free time, Hailey enjoys rock climbing, dancing, cooking, reading and hiking.
