New Jersey

Introduction

From the mountainous Delaware Water Gap to the sandy Atlantic coastline, New Jersey hosts a rich natural landscape in the nation’s most densely populated state. The famous southern Pinelands are home to a distinctive forested area rich with sandy soil and rare plants – and the source of water for millions of people. Our work focuses on preserving the state’s natural capital to protect valuable ecosystems and fuel the state’s economy.
