Ainsley Pittman

As the Director of Operations for Strategic Giving, Ainsley is responsible for all operational functions of the fundraising team. She creates and refines systems that support the team’s growth and goals, overseeing gift processing and tax acknowledgments, database CRM and internal systems, annual giving and planned giving programs, revolving fund tracking and reporting, and donor and prospect research. Ainsley is passionate about building positive, collaborative relationships that make the workplace not just productive, but a fun and inspiring place to be.

Ainsley joined The Conservation Fund in 2011. She is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and holds a B.S. in Public Policy & Administration and Nonprofit Management from James Madison University.

Outside of work, Ainsley enjoys camping and exploring new places with her husband and two young daughters. She also loves finding time to get creative behind her pottery wheel.
