Callie Easterly

Regional Director of Fundraising, Gulf Coast and Southwest Region

Callie serves as the Regional Director of Fundraising for the Gulf Coast and Southeast regions. She also oversees the 12,376-acre Sabine Ranch in Southeast Texas in collaboration with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. She engages donors by tapping into their passion for conservation through personalized visits and tours of the Fund’s projects. Callie fosters positive change by collaborating across the organization to advance The Conservation Fund’s growth vision and trajectory. Her responsibilities include managing initiatives that cultivate, strengthen and engage a network of philanthropic supporters to further the mission.

Before joining the Fund in 2014, Callie contributed to several organizations focused on environmental improvement, economic development and sustainable programs, including Urban Harvest, Upper Kirby Foundation and the Coastal Prairie Conservancy. She is a board member of Plant it Forward Farms, an organization that empowers refugees to farm in Houston and earn a living wage. Callie is also an active member of the Grant Professionals Association, Houston Food Policy Workgroup, Mayor’s Food Access Council, City-Wide Food Access Task Force, and Houston Citizens with Disabilities Council.
