Carolyn McCoy

Senior Paralegal

Carolyn is the Fund’s Senior Paralegal. She works directly with the Regional and Working Forest Fund Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, legal team members, field staff and outside partners on conservation real estate projects. She is responsible for preparing contracts and other legal documents, and coordinating real estate closings in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and on our Working Forest Fund projects throughout the country.

Prior to joining The Conservation Fund, Carolyn interned with the Lower Shore Land Trust. She holds a B.S. in Political Science with a concentration in Environmental Policy and a Minor in Biology from Salisbury University and a Paralegal Certificate from Georgetown University. She has been with the Fund since 1999.
