Cori Lindsay

Grassroots Community Coordinator

Cori provides technical assistance and capacity-building support to small rural organizations. Her previous experience includes developing organizational capacity with rural nonprofits and small businesses, founding a coworking space, and various food system and agricultural projects. Cori has varied experience managing community and economic development offices and projects in rural communities in North Carolina and North Dakota. Before joining the Conservation Fund in 2023, she was the Economic Development Director in Caswell County, North Carolina.

Cori is a native North Dakotan, a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Minnesota State University. She lives in Alamance County, North Carolina, and enjoys gardening and fishing in her free time.
