Erich Melville

Erich is a member of the Parks with Purpose (PWP) program and serves as its Urban Projects Manager. PWP focuses on equitable greenspace development in disinvested urban areas with a community-centered approach.

Prior to joining The Conservation Fund, Erich worked in community development and urban planning for over 15 years in various professional roles. Most recently, he was the Community Arborist for TreesDurham. Erich lives in Durham, North Carolina, with his family and enjoys just about any outdoor recreation activity.
