Hilary Toma

Director, Field Financial Services

Hilary joined The Conservation Fund in June 2022 as the Director, Field Financial Services. She manages a team that provides financial support for TCF staff. She also oversees the Fund’s government grants administration and compliance.

During 22 years at The Nature Conservancy, Hilary served as Director of Grants Services and Director of Conservation Operations. She subsequently served as Director of Administration and University Partnerships at Rice University’s Kinder Institute for Urban Research.

Hilary holds a bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University and a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University, Bloomington. Hilary lives in the Houston, Texas, area with her family.
