Holly Neill

Project Developer

Holly is part of the Mitigation Solutions team and serves as a project developer working primarily in the Midwestern states.

Holly previously served as The Nature Conservancy of Missouri’s Deputy Director providing oversight and strategic direction to advance conservation priorities in land, water, and climate. In this role, Holly also provided leadership for state and federal policy priorities and led energy transition efforts. Before TNC, Holly was Executive Director for Stream Teams United, James River Basin Partnership, and even taught science and environmental studies in public, higher, and technical educational institutions as part of the National Science Foundation GK-12 Fellows program. Holly received her Master of Natural and Applied Science degree from Missouri State University.

She now resides in Springfield, Missouri with her husband, teenage son and flock of chickens. She is an open water swimmer, pontoon boater, canoe and kayaker, and when the waters get too cold, you can most likely find her hiking on an Ozark trail.
