Mr. Joseph Storey Charbonnet is a Partner of Johnson Rice & Company L.L.C. Johnson Rice & Company, based in New Orleans, is one of the longest standing independent energy brokerage and investment banks in the United States. The firm was established as an institutional sales and research firm in 1987 and added investment banking in 1991. Johnson Rice focuses on a limited number of industries and services in order to provide value-added research and ideas to its institutional and corporate clients. Driven by an emphasis on full firm relationships, Johnson Rice is nationally recognized for its breadth and depth of coverage throughout the energy complex. Since the beginning of 2010, Johnson Rice has been the most active energy investment bank in the equity capital markets with participation in 87 total offerings with an aggregate value exceeding $20 billion. Mr. Charbonnet previously worked in the Corporate Finance Department at the Robinson-Humphrey Company in Atlanta until 1995, when he joined Johnson Rice & Company, L.L.C.

Mr. Charbonnet is Co-founder of Green Turtle Partners, LP and the managing member of Green Turtle Capital Management, LLC, the General Partner. Mr. Charbonnet is Chairman of the Pro Bono Publico Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors of the Libby-Dufour Foundation, Resource Bank in Covington, Louisiana, City Park Conservancy and is a Commission member of the Audubon Nature Institute.

Mr. Charbonnet resides in New Orleans with his wife Anne Lynne Davis Charbonnet. They have three sons, Davis, works and lives in Midland, Storey works and lives in Houston and John attends the University of Texas in Austin.
