Jessie Wiese

Regional Director of Fundraising, Mountain West Region

Jessie is the Regional Director of Fundraising for the Mountain West. Her role includes managing projects that build, strengthen and engage a base of philanthropic supporters to advance The Conservation Fund’s mission across the Western United States. Jessie works with donors to tap into their passion to protect connected natural areas, wildlife habitat, waterways and climate resilience landscapes in the Rocky Mountain West.

Before joining the Fund, Jessie had a variety of roles in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, including Executive Director of a nonprofit conservation journal; Executive Director at the Big Sky Community Organization in Big Sky, Montana; and Southwest Manager for the Montana Land Reliance, the country’s largest statewide land trust. Jessie has developed conservation and fundraising programs for communities across Montana and beyond. She is inspired by protection of land that creates meaningful conservation outcomes and enhances quality of life for future generations.

Jessie is a graduate of Montana State University and serves on the board of several local nonprofits. When not working to protect the West, she is out enjoying it on skis, foot or bike.
