Natural Resource Economy Program Manager

Since 2023, Lance has served as Program Manager for Activating the Natural Resource Economy, The Conservation Fund’s rural development platform. His team supports rural regions across the nation in crafting and executing economic development projects that align with conservation goals.

Before joining the Fund, Lance held positions at the city of Grand Junction, Natural Resources Defense Council and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. He holds degrees from Brown University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
