Lauren Fety

Lauren leads The Conservation Fund’s forest carbon offset program on California’s North Coast. From forest inventory to reporting and offset credit sales, she oversees all aspects of the compliance projects. She also supports forest management and forestland acquisition in the West.

Prior to joining the Fund she worked for the Bureau of Land Management in Oregon and California, as well as for the American River Conservancy in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. She has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Swarthmore College and a Masters of Forestry and a Masters of Environmental Management from Duke University. She is a Registered Professional Forester (#3149) in California.
