Lesley White-Kayser

Lesley heads the Systems Team of the Strategic Giving department of The Conservation Fund. She oversees administration of the databases, software and platform integrations used by the Strategic Giving team in their pursuit of organizational fundraising and marketing goals. She is responsible for fundraising data analytics, marking KPIs and trends in philanthropic giving and manages the gift processing and acknowledgement team. She has been with the Fund since 2006.

Lesley previously worked at the Institute of Agriculture and Trade Policy in the Community Forestry Resource Center. There she helped small landowners achieve Forest Stewardship Council Certification and renewal. This followed time at Innuity Partners Inc. where she managed business-to-business digital platforms.
