Nina Balter

Research Manager

Nina is the Research Manager for the Fund’s Strategic Giving team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department’s research program, including establishing and managing research processes and systems. The position provides deep background information on high-quality prospects and donors, including creating research profiles on individual major donors, foundations and other prospects for projects across The Conservation Fund.

Additionally, Nina oversees the end-to-end workflows of the research program, collaborating with the Regional Directors of Fundraising and Strategic Giving Operations teams to ensure that the best possible research resources are available and that the research output is recorded in the department’s CRM.

Nina is an active member of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement and holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
