Wendy Taylor

Senior Director, Development

Wendy is the Senior Director of Development. Wendy joined The Conservation Fund in 2003 and has served in leadership roles in philanthropy. She works with the Vice President to define, implement and measure short- and long-range fundraising objectives of the organization and to design and put into practice systems to support fundraising success. She works closely with the Working Lands programs and broader Strategic Giving team on fundraising strategies and maintains a select portfolio of principal-level donors.

Prior to joining the Fund, she was a fundraiser and headed chapter building for Scenic America for five years, culminating in her position as Vice President for Affiliate Development and Administration. She also served as a Program Associate at the National Tree Trust. Wendy holds a B.A. in Environmental Communications from Antioch College.

Outside of work, Wendy hikes and kayaks with her family, gardens and plays with her rescue pup.
