Ainsley Pittman

Director of Operations, Development

Since joining the Fund in 2011, Ainsley has worked with our donors from across the country whose annual financial gifts make our work possible. She oversees our Annual Fund, including the management and execution of our annual fundraising campaign. With this support, we are able to work with our partners to strategize the best conservation opportunities available in America’s communities.

Additionally, Ainsley manages our Cornerstone Society, our sustainer giving club for donors who have invested long-term in our conservation efforts, and leads our Planned Giving program, working with major donors on planned gifts, including bequests and charitable gift annuities. When she’s not at work, Ainsley loves being outside with her husband, young daughter and two dogs, and spending time behind her pottery wheel.

Ainsley is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and holds a B.S. in Public Policy & Administration and Nonprofit Management from James Madison University.
