Alexandra Gioseffi

Commercial and Forestry Operations Counsel

Alexandra (“Lexi”) Gioseffi joined The Conservation Fund in May 2024 as Commercial and Forestry Operations Counsel. She provides legal support to the Fund in connection with its forestry, farmland and general operations across the United States, as well as legal support for conservation real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the Fund, Lexi gained experience representing a national real estate private equity fund manager in complex commercial real estate transactions, including redevelopments, financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and leases of retail and logistics properties.

Lexi has a B.S. from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
