Shanen Cogan

Facilities Manager, Freshwater Institute

Shanen Cogan is a Senior Operations Technician at the Freshwater Institute. He handles all elements of experimental systems fabrication and modification, as well as general facility infrastructure maintenance, repair and onsite contractor management. He has experience with commercial and electrical contracting and the operation of heavy equipment. Shanen has a Certificate in Electromechanical Technology from James Rumsey Technical Institute and holds a Journeyman Electrical License from the state of West Virginia.
